Mathematics is not by love, i never calculate to solve a problem i simply use calculations, technology, or other means as tools in the creative process which leads to solutions.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Your dedication and attempts to extend the horizons of your children is something i really respect. I would only add that you should always try to seek the parts of their brain which they enjoy using the most and exploit this to engage them in various subjects.
